When you use our contact form: your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. When you browse the site: audience-measurement data, only if you consent (see our cookie policy). As part of providing care, we process health data, which is sensitive data under the GDPR, in compliance with professional confidentiality.
To answer your requests and arrange care: on the basis of your consent and pre-contractual steps. To provide and bill care: on the basis of the care contract, legal obligations (nursing file, INAMI) and, for health data, Article 9.2.h of the GDPR (healthcare). Audience measurement: on the basis of your consent.
Only the Infi-Bayt care team, and your health insurance fund for third-party-payment billing. We do not sell or rent your data.
Form requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted. Care data is kept in accordance with the legal obligations for patient records.
